Not only does this kettle look like an awesome piece of artwork on your stove, it's design makes it easy to use too. I love the way the handles lifts slightly up and down to open the lid. It also has a nice sounding whistle which is especially nice for me as my last kettle moaned like it was dying. I highly recommend this kettle. 5 stars!

A modern-classic design. LOVE the cork handle, and just tipping the kettle to pour opens the spout. Great design.

(every day drinker of coffee and tea!) This is a beautifully designed kettle, but you must be sure the lid fits snugly and the whistle lid is closed flat or it will not whistle when boiling. It also stains very easily, so requires much more attention than my former kettle. Another drawback is the cork, which despite all care and preventive measures (be sure the flame is not on high) flakes and peels away.
