What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 90 days for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a MoMA Gift Card. Please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip for returns. Can orders be shipped internationally?
Most of our products can be shipped to international addresses. Recipients are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in that country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination; see below for instructions on calculating the rates yourself, and additional information. You may also contact Customer Service for more information.
Can the MoMA Gift Card be redeemed online?
At this time, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online. Gift Cards can be redeemed in two ways: 1) You may mail your Gift Card to Customer Service along with our Printable Order Form (.pdf).
Remaining balances will be mailed back to you. 2) You may use your Gift Card at any of our three stores in Manhattan. Please call Customer Service at 1.800.793.3167 (212.708.9888 from outside the U.S.) or email orderservices@moma.org.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB credit cards.
Is it safe for me to pay by credit card over the Internet?
Yes. Our secure server software uses industry-standard SSL encryption technology. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypts, or encodes, your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so this information would be rendered unreadable should someone try to intercept it. With this technology, you enjoy more security when using your credit card for shopping at the MoMAstore than when using it in many of your daily off-line transactions.
